Bio Information, Training & Credentials...

Linda Dewey is the owner of Life's Path Wellness Center here in the bay area. She has two offices, one in Brentwood, (Northern) CA and one in Pleasant Hill, CA. Linda is a Life Empowerment Coach and a Holistic Practitioner. Linda has spent the last 32 years studying and teaching Metaphysics (and/or the Mind, Body, Spirit way of life.) She enjoys helping people to truly connect with their Higher Selves and to raise their level of Consciousness and Awareness.

One of the first things she does is to help people to become more aware. Many people are not aware of the many different ways they might be blocking themselves. Much of the focus in on thought. She teaches people to become very aware of what they are thinking about and what it is they are believing. Linda teaches that if your thoughts are primarily coming from the "lower self" they will be negative, diminishing, and disempowering. These very powerfully negative thoughts that you believe that will cause you to be blocked. When people are blocked they can't move forward and their growth is stifled. Huge amounts of fear come into play which brings about depression, stress and anxiety, which in turn causes most of your life's experience to be dark and gloomy. Much of Linda’s focus now is to assist the person to begin to tap into the Higher Self and to “go up” rather than to continue to “go downward”.

Through Linda's coaching and guidance she asks many questions that assist the person to really connect with their higher selves. She helps them to see how they might have set things up. She then teaches them how to set it up differently (the next time) to achieve more peace and to really begin to feel good about themselves (and their life.)

Many useful tools are given to each client. Linda then teaches her clients how to use the tools and to apply the use of the appropriate tool(s) when needed.

All of the work she does is geared toward Personal Growth & Empowerment. She has had much success in working with people who are dealing with Low Self Esteem, Relationship Issues, Disharmony within the Marriage, Stress, Panic Attacks, Eating Disorders, Alcohol Abuse, etc. Linda offers both Personal Coaching and Couples Coaching. She also offers Reiki & Regenesis Healings, Chakra Balancing, Attunements, Soul Retrievals and CranioSacral. . Monthly Workshops & Meditation Classes are also offered at both locations.

In April of 2004 Linda introduced the "Synergie" vacuum assisted/ Non Invasive · Cellulite Reduction technology. This process is very relaxing and feels like a soothing massage.
